This is a housekeeping bulletin for our upcoming event.
The AGM Fly In is less than 10 days away and we are sending out this quick checklist.
The AGM Weekend:
Arrivals begin on Friday and a social gathering will be held at The Karamea Village Hotel 1800 on Friday night.
Entrants for competitions are asked to sign in for their chosen competitions on Friday night if at all possible.
Competition briefings will be held at the airfield on Saturday morning at 9:30am sharp. Only pilots attending the briefings may take part in competitions.
We need volunteers to help with the competitions. Keith Skilling is the organiser of them so please let Keith know if you can assist on the ground.
As with our operations at all airfields, safe operation and good airmanship are paramount both in the air and on the ground. Please help us to achieve very high standards. Keith will be the liaison person for operational safety.
The Annual Dinner will be held at the Last Resort. Please register if you have not done so yet as it is really important for our arrangements. The Dinner is only open to registered guests.
Last year’s trophies, polished and engraved, can be delivered to :
Tiger Moth Club c/o Cathy Heslam, 163 Granite Creek Road, RD3, Karamea or brought to The Last Resort, Karamea.
The AGM starts at 9:30 on Sunday morning at the Last Resort, Karamea conference room.
